Cream Cheese Pound Cake

INGREDIENTS
3 sticks of softened butter (unsalted)
1 – 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs (room temperature)
3 cups all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating until blended. Stir in vanilla. Spray Baker’s Joy into 10-inch tube pan and spoon mixture into pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan or wire rack. Enjoy!

    I have never put mozzarella cheese in my cream cheese pound cake …….Maybe a typo
