Cheesy Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1½ – 2 cups chicken tenders or breast cut into small, bite size pieces
1 cup small, bite size fresh broccoli spears
1 8oz pkg. crescent rolls
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven 375°. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. In saucepan heat cream of chicken soup, milk, butter, mayonnaise and ½ cup of cheese just until cheese melts. Remove from heat and set aside. Toss together chicken, broccoli, ½ cup cheese and ½ cup of cheese sauce just until mixed. Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mix at wide end of crescent roll and roll up. Place pouches in casserole dish. Pour remaining cheese sauce over chicken pouches. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. This is my girls’ favorite dish!
