Keto Crack Chicken with Testimonial

Brandie and her husband Marc were told by their doctors that they both needed to lose weight. Brandie had high cholesterol & Marc was a Type 2 Diabetic and was morbidly obese. They needed a healthy lifestyle that they could stick to. Together, they decided to do Keto. Keto gave them the flexibility of being able to be satisfied eating high fats rather than foods with sugar which causes illness. Within 11 days, Marc was off of Insulin and has not been on it for over a year. Brandie’s cholesterol went down over 100 points. Together they have lost over 160 pounds in a year. With successful weight loss, they wanted to help others that wanted to begin their weight loss journey. They have a Facebook page called Gone Belly Gone: Marc & Brandie’s Keto Quest and the group has lost over 1,300 pounds. Keto has changed their lives. Brandie and Marc have more energy than they’ve had in years and feel so good. INGREDIENTS

½ cup of chicken broth
1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning packet
2 pounds of defrosted chicken breasts
8 oz. pkg of Philadelphia Cream Cheese cut into chunks
8 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Add chicken broth to the crock pot and stir in Hidden
Valley Ranch seasoning packet. Then add defrosted
chicken breasts.
2. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on
low.
3. After the cook time has ended, shred the chicken
with two forks.
4. Add chunks of cut of Philadelphia Cream Cheese,
bacon and shredded cheddar. Stir ingredients.
5. Cover the crock pot again, and cook for an
additional 5-10 minutes, until the cream cheese has
melted.
6. Serve and enjoy!
